The goals of this Society are declared to be patriotic, historical, and educational: to unite and promote fellowship among the descendants of those who sacrificed to achieve the independence of the American people, to inspire them and the community at large with a more profound reverence for the principles of the government founded by our forefathers; to foster true patriotism; to maintain and extend the institutions of American freedom.
About Us
Our Chapter works within our communites in Knox and surrounding counties. Some of our activities include promoting youth programs for possible scholarship opportunities, marking historical sites, marking Revolutionary War Patriots graves, providing gift packages to our troops serving abroad, Wreaths Across America, offering presentations on various subjects, and providing color guard to many schools and organizations.

Education
Our organization creates many opportunities for learning about this exciting era of American history! We are involved with local schools, civic organizations, clubs, and the public at large with events and presentations that bring the fight for independence to life for everyone in our community. Education is one the central tenets of Stephen Holston Chapter. The more we learn about the origins of our country, the more we understand what it means to be an American today.
